Jun 17, 2021 at 20:47 comment added user44143 Can Question 1 be asked purely in terms of the theory and formulas, without the models? It seems like it could begin: "Is there a completion $T$ and definable type $p$ such that for any consistent computable $\{\phi_i(x,y)\}$, there is a consistent formula $\psi(y)$, where $\psi\to\phi_i$ for each $i$ and ...." Perhaps then something at the end could capture the syntactic aspects of the Morley sequence, which you can probably see better than I can. I would enjoy a reformulation of that sort.
