Apr 22, 2021 at 15:39 comment added Iosif Pinelis @juan : Thank you for your comment. I was changing $g$ to $h$ (to avoid confusion with the cited paper), but did that incompletely -- sorry about that. The notation was fixed just a couple minutes before your comment.
