I inserted $r=1$ and got with sage $4*((880*sqrt(15) - 3409)*sqrt(-8*sqrt(15) + 31) - 6464*sqrt(15) + 25036)/(16*pi*(624*sqrt(15) - 2417)*sqrt(-8*sqrt(15) + 31) - pi*(80408*sqrt(15) - 311423))$ for $P(1)$, which is different from your value.
