Dec 3, 2020 at 18:04 comment added Robert Bryant Doesn't the definition of the orientation of $M_F$ induced by $\omega_F$ imply that $\omega_F$ is a positive $m$-form on $M_F$? If so, then, obviously, the integral will not be zero. The point is that the orientation on $M_F$ defined by $\omega_F$ is not the restriction to $M_F$ of an orientation on $M$ (when $M$ is orientable).
