In order to get a weak extender model for measurability, you're iterating the measure itself, until it gets high enough. Only then, you start to iterate the sharp out of the ordinals. This might work up to a strong cardinal, but it is unclear to me how you're going to get higher, even to a measurable above a strong. | |
