Aug 4, 2020 at 2:05 comment added David Roberts The categories of continuous fields of Hilbert spaces, Banach spaces and $C^*$-algebras should all be stacks over the appropriate base category of spaces (for instance, locally compact Hausdorff). I've not seen this mentioned, since the people who deal with these don't usually think about stacks.
