Apr 30, 2020 at 18:01 comment added Philippe Gaucher @TimCampion The cofibrations are the closed inclusions satisfying the LLP with respect to the map of the form $X^{[0,1]}\to X$ and a well-know argument due to Strøm himself proves that the closedness hypothesis is a consequence of the "LLPness" if there is a separation condition assumed on the spaces we work with. It's all I can say.
