I couldn't find a 1-categorical reference when I wrote it (which is why I wrote one in the paper mentioned). I don't know an analogue of Adámek and Porst for infinity categories, and the proof is fairly technical and don't generalize in an obvious way. The rest of the argument would also be significantly more complicated in $\infty$-category theory due to the fact that monads (and comonads) are not supper easy to manipulate... | |
