added a connection to Laplace

Oct 16, 2019 at 19:34 | comment | added | Dima Pasechnik | Thanks, I know about this book - the most puzzling to me thing there is a lack of connection between Fantappie transformations and Laplace transform (I'll explain in the question what I mean more precisely).
Oct 16, 2019 at 13:08 | comment | added | Daniele Tampieri | Fantappiè conceived the now called Fantappiè transform as a means for extending the concept of "indicatrix of an analytic functional" from the one-dimensional setting to the multidimensional one: however, that was not satisfactory because it can be applied only special classes of analytic functionals. Perhaps it was for this reason that Gel'fand and coauthors did not publish a treatment of the subject. In my opinion, the best modern source is the monograph of Andersson, Passare and Sigurdsson".
