Using monotonicity in the base, in this case you have $2^{\aleph} <= (\aleph)^{\aleph} <= (2^{\aleph})^{\aleph} = 2^{\aleph \times \aleph} = 2^{\aleph}$ so that the bound is the same (I haven't checked the proof yet).
