From MiniZinc Tutorial: "MiniZinc is a language designed for specifying constrained optimization and decision problems over integers and real numbers. A MiniZinc model does not dictate how to solve the problem although the model can contain annotations which are used to guide the underlying solver". I.e. depends on specific solver.
Jun 8, 2019 at 19:25 comment added Mark L. Stone From q quick glance, it appears that MinZin can not be used to perform global optimization on non-convex nonlinearly-constrained optimization problems, in which case it would not meet the OP's needs. Is that the case?
