Mar 24, 2019 at 16:54 comment added Martin Sleziak I suppose I am mentioning something you know very well, but I will just point out that the cases where $\mathcal F$ is the system of all neighborhoods of a given point (your examples 1 and 2) are simply convergence of the function $\phi$ w.r.t. the filter $\mathcal G$.
