Publication of papers is not restricted to students of CINVESTAV... Mathematics research reports or summaries of bachelor, master and Ph.D. theses will be considered for publication, as well as invited contributed papers by researchers. Papers submitted should be original, either in the results or in the methods." 3 of the 4 big names you mention had their articles published in the last few years, I think, so perhaps their focus has shifted from the original mission statement | |
