But the presentation is typically pretty horrible. To get a 7-generator and 283 relator presentation for $SL_2(\mathbb Z[1/210])$ you could type: gap> R:=ResolutionSL2Z(210,2);; P:=PresentationOfResolution(R);; P:=P!.freeGroup/P!.relators;; G:=SimplifiedFpGroup(P);; But it is nothing so nice as the presentation in the answer of @Carl-Fredrik Nyberg Brodda . | |
