For instance, $J_{n-1} \oplus [1] \oplus O_n$ (subscripts denote size), and then change a suitable number of zeros to ones in the upper triangular part of $J$ to fix the norm. Minimal polynomial $z^{n-1}(z-1)$, characteristic polynomial $z^{2n-1}(z-1)$. | |
