Apr 1, 2018 at 21:03 comment added Deane Yang I would add that if you assume more symmetry such as a traceless condition then the constant can be less than 1. This is crucial in well known removable singularity theorems such as as Uhlenbeck’s for self dual Yang-Mills connections.
