Apr 1, 2018 at 0:50 comment added Daniel Litt Have you tried to make such a morphism in the non-derived setting? Hint: if $M, N$ are complexes of left $D$-modules, do you see how to make a map from $\text{Hom}(M, D)\otimes N\to \text{Hom}(M, N)$?
