Dec 5, 2017 at 19:16 comment added fedja The conditions are not enough to describe the probability measures completely even on $\Omega^2$, so the "if" part requires extra conditions.for sure, and if you think about it, the "only if" part too (all $p_k=p, q_k=q$ and the measures are just the sums of $2$ point masses, one at $(1,1,1,\dots)$ and another at $(0,0,0,\dots)$. So, do we assume independence of $\omega_k$?
