Dec 7, 2017 at 6:53 comment added Dmitri Pavlov @DavidRoberts: The best source available at the moment is Appendix C in the Costello-Gwilliam book. However, Owen and I are preparing a paper where an even better category of complete separated smooth vector spaces is constructed: it is a closed symmetric monoidal locally presentable Grothendieck abelian category that contains Fréchet spaces as a full subcategory and has nice properties as a closed symmetric monoidal category: C^∞M⊗C^∞N=C^∞(M×N), smooth functions and distributions are dual to each other via the closed structure, etc. We then develop homological algebra in this category.
