While the idea of searching for a resolution of the Continuum Hypothesis (and other undecidable set theoretic assumptions) through physical observation is what Magidor has already suggested in his "Some set theories are more equal" paper (linked in my post), but this is not exactly what I am asking in this post. Here I simply look for bridges that (even potentially) can connect the two seemingly separated realms of large cardinal and quantum theory; bridges like real numbers and $C^*$-algebras. The former could be an application of the latter, though. | |
