Jun 9, 2017 at 21:57 comment added Dan Petersen Say that $X$ and $Y$ are affine spaces. With no hypotheses on $U$ or $Z$, $H^\ast_Z(U)$ can be arbitrarily complicated and I don't think it makes sense to talk abour parts that 'come from' the (trivial) cohomologies of $X$ and $Y$.
