Apr 16, 2017 at 20:22 comment added Joel David Hamkins I find this to be a very natural concept of hypergraph isomorphism, indeed, the most natural, since it is respecting what I take to be exactly the relevant structure: the vertices and the edges and the membership of a vertex on an edge.
