Mar 12, 2017 at 0:31 comment added Noam D. Elkies Not up to 1024, at any rate. The following mindless exhaustive search took 3 minutes on gp; one can surely do better by searching over $b+c$ and $a^2$ first since only a tiny fraction of candidates will survive this initial test.
