For instance in my notes here: boolesrings.org/nickgill/files/2014/05/Lecture9.pdf If I remember rightly I got this version of Iwasawa's Criterion from Donald Taylor's The Geometry of the Classical Groups... But I don't have Taylor's book with me just now so can't check. If I remember when I'm next in the office, then I'll double-check... | |
