Re, sadly, I don't find the file on Mark's current page, and I don't remember where it might have been on the original page. It seems that the latest version the Archive successfully archived is from 2015, but I can't find a link to SL(2,q).pdf from there. My Google-fu fails me to search for that file name anywhere else.
