All the objects in this model will be your sets. You can work with them without caring which model they come from. For most branches of mathematics (excluding set theory, of course), this is a satisfactory point of view. As people have thought for a long time over these foundational issues, I am sure that this is as close to a "definition" as anything you will ever get. | |
