Jun 4, 2015 at 20:58 comment added Iosif Pinelis I don't have other ideas at the moment, except maybe to try the better bound instead of your $c_u=(1−u^2)^2/3$ that you mentioned. I suspect, though, that that won't help much, since the worst offender is the number $105$ in the denominator, which is mainly responsible for such a low bound as $0.032$.
