Rng-Automorphisms are automatically Ring-Automorphism because of their surjectivity
Apr 15, 2015 at 7:59 comment added Simon Henry It is possible to define $A \rtimes G$ when $G$ is not finite, but there is several possible result depending on the norm you decide to put on the algebra of finite sum of $g.a$ for $g \in G$ and $a \in A$, there is always two natural choice of norm which gives respectively the reduced and the maximal semi-direct product, and it is possible that there is other choice in between.
