Thank you, Charles. Are you speaking of the "usual" global sections or do one get in fact an isomorphism of graded modules $\Gamma_*(\mathcal{H}om_\mathcal{B}(Y,Z))\cong\hom_\mathcal{A}(\Gamma_*(Y),\Gamma_*(Z))$ ?
