(But this sounds to me more like a contradiction than "we have built a natural object that turns out not to exist", probably because of the "non-constant" condition that is phrased negatively. I do not have this feeling for the random variable that is uniform in $\mathbb{Z}$. I willingly admit that this is highly subjective.) | |
