Aug 4, 2014 at 12:18 comment added Ray Yang Why don't you mollify $u_\delta = u \chi_{\Omega_\delta}$ with a mollifier whose support lies wholly inside $B_{\delta/2}$, and then take $\delta \rightarrow 0$? Is this a problem somehow?
