Dec 14 at 7:10 comment added triple_sec I just discovered this 10-year-old thread. In a related question, I’m trying to come up with an example of a non-separable metric space—perhaps an uncountable set endowed with the discrete metric—for which the set inclusion $\mathcal F\subset\mathcal B(M(X))$ is actually strict. I wonder if you have any insight into the construction of such a counterexample.
