The lemma should be named after the section of its primary appearance, so the question reduces to whether Section 3 or Section 7 is primary. But the way Mike described the situation seems to make it clear that Section 3 is the primary appearance, and its appearance in Section 7 is akin to an appearance in an appendix. | |
