May 10, 2014 at 15:53 comment added Alex Degtyarev As far as I remember, to be able to be multiple, a singular fiber should not be simply connected, i.e., it should be of type $I_p$. Otherwise, you can construct a fibration; do you want it to be related to the original one in any way?
