In regard to the Hodge Conjecture, Serre and Deligne both are indifferent as to whether the conjecture is true, false, or even in Serre's view undecidable (Serre goes on to draw parallels with PvsNP). Is it reasonable to hold similar views in regard to Siegal/no-Siegal universes, as Serre and Deligne hold in regard to Hodge/no-Hodge universes (and even decidable/undecidable PvsNP universes)? In closing, thank you for sharing your fine writings. | |
