I'm not so sure about it giving the structure of $P$ as a $G$-bundle, but it is plausible. | |

We have a weak pullback square $\underline{P}\to P\rtimes G$, over $*\to *\rtimes G$. Taking nerve and geometric realization weak pullback square becomes(?) homotopy pullback square. | |
