Hi, I'm looking for examples of groups that are both Hopfian and Co-Hopfian. I have a non trivial (and beautiful, at least to me) example: $\mathrm{SL}(n,\mathbb{Z})$ (with $n>2$).

Do you know others (non trivial)?
