Name of Lehman article, since the 2013 link has rotted, and Lorch–Kirschmer article, just in case. Also removed discussion of the spelling of someone's name, which surely doesn't belong. Allcock's QF notes aren't available any more and don't appear to be on the Wayback Machine.
