The generalization of f(A,B) and g(A,B,C) is the product of all intersections of an odd number of events divided by the product of all intersections of an even number of events. According to Wikipedia, -log f(A,B) is called the pointwise mutual information. I haven't been able to find out whether g(A,B,C), etc. have names.
