Jul 16, 2013 at 8:29 comment added Willie Wong Is $n$ fixed? Meaning, are you asking whether there is a uniform bound for $\sum_{i =1}^n A_{1i}$ independent of $n$ (which I assume is the dimension of the matrix), or are you asking whether for each $n$ there is a bound which may depend on $n$?
