May 23, 2013 at 17:11 comment added Helge No. The proofs are simple enough that I don't know where they can be found. math.caltech.edu/Szego.html might contain these things. The main reason I'm hesitating posting a proof is that most proofs are heavy on notation, e.g. introduce orthogonal polynomials.
