Jan 26, 2010 at 13:16 comment added Agustí Roig #@Kevin. Thank you. It is originally proved in the seminal Sullivan's paper, using -as in ours- the machinery of algebraic groups: Infinitesimal computations in topology, Publ. IHES 47 (1977) But for our work we had a great reference that simplified and clarified (we hope) it enormously: Waterhouse, W.C.; Introduction to affine group schemes, Springer GTM 66 (1979) An alternative approach, without algebraic groups, but using bigraded models, may be found in Halperin, S., Stasheff, J.; Obstructions to homotopy equivalences, Adv. in Math. 32 (1979).
