Jan 2, 2021 at 9:26 comment added Arrow Dear Nicolás, isn't it customary to denote by $\mathrm df$ the homogeneous first order part of the Taylor expansion of $f$, i.e $\mathrm df=f^\prime(t)\mathrm dt$? The map you call $\mathrm d^n$ is more like the $n$-jet map, no?
