This proves that 1 and 2 are not the only possible cardinalities concerning models of NBG, and that 3 is another one. This is a partial answer, because it does not rule out the possibility for others cardinalities. But I consider that this is a plain answer to question 1 as I formulated it, and will credit you for this.
