Goldfeld, J. Jorgenson, P. Jones, D. Ramakrishnan, K. A. Ribet, J. Tate, eds., New York, Springer, 2012). There he proves various rank growth results in general cubic extensions. Perhaps he has some precise growth conjectures there as well? | |
