Sep 19, 2015 at 15:47 comment added Victor Miller I took math 1c-2c I (math for prospective PhD's :-)) from Lang in 1964-65. At the end of the year he had the surviving members of the class pack up envelopes of authors copies of the newly published Algebra to be sent out to his friends/contacts. After an afternoon's work of this he presented each of us with a copy, which I still have on my bookshelf.
