I would also add Quelques methodes de resolution des problemes aux limites non lineaires (1969) by J.L. Lions. It seems to me that nobody has mentioned Methods of mathematical Physics by M. Reed and B. Simon (1980) yet, either. Not that old, but will be around for a long while, clearly. Graph Theory by F. Harary (1969) and Algebraic Graph Theory by N. Biggs (1974) are popular classic monographs, too.
