Jan 3, 2010 at 0:11 comment added Greg Muller Its a good book, but it builds up alot of technique before it gets to defining Teichmuller spaces. It makes it a wonderfully self-contained resource, but it can also be daunting to someone trying to read it casually. A more mathematically mature reader should be encourage to skim/skip to the good stuff, and then refer back as needed.
