I work primarily in combinatorial commutative algebra, general combinatorics, algebraic invariants of ideals associated to graphs and simplicial complexes, Discrete Morse Theory on simplicial complexes of graphs, bounds on projective dimension and regularity, structure of betti diagrams of resolutions, and various enumeration problems.
