Theoretical Physicist and now Mathematics graduate student. My focus is on Algebraic Geometry, especially in higher-dimensional varieties and their birational minimal model program and any kind of enumerative problems of intersection theory; but I am also very interested in Riemannian, Kählerian and Symplectic Geometry, above all its interconnections through e.g. mirror symmetry or quantum cohomology.Number theory disguised as Arithmetic (Diophantine, Arakelov..) Geometry is fascinating too, but much harder. On the Physics side I like everything related to (non-stringy) Quantum Gravity and Foundations of Quantum Mechanics, especially its relational and categorical/topoi formulations.
